Aneala, medieval group in Perth WA

Welcome to Aneala, we are the Perth chapter of The Society for Creative Anachronism, an international medieval group. Here we enjoy reliving the customs, combat and courtesy of the middle ages. We welcome newcomers to our society, yet for the more experienced member, there is always more to learn and do.

We make weapons and armour, and we learn the techniques to use them and compete in tournaments. We hold revels and feasts where you will get to eat good food, there will be dancing, singing, stories, talk and merriment.

Our artisans study and practice brewing, metalwork, calligraphy and illumination, sewing, woodwork and many other arts and sciences from the middle ages. We hope you find our site useful and we would love to see you at our next event.

Aneala is an SCA branch in Western Australia, mostly covering Perth and its surrounding and northern suburbs.
In the Rockingham Region we have a group Dragons Bay
In the Balingup area of the South West, Aneala has a group Vallon d'Or.
