Welcome to Aneala
We are the Perth chapter of The Society for Creative Anachronism, an international medieval group. Here we enjoy reliving the customs, combat and courtesy of the Middle Ages. We welcome newcomers to our society, yet for the more experienced member, there is always more to learn and do.
We make weapons and armour, we learn the techniques to use them and we compete in tournaments. We hold revels and feasts where you will get to eat good food, there will be dancing, singing, stories, talk and merriment.
Our artisans study and practice brewing, metalwork, calligraphy and illumination, sewing, woodwork and many other arts and sciences from the Middle Ages. We hope you find the information here useful and we would love to see you at our next event.
Membership is inexpensive and available online from our Registry web site.
